At Electrofy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 15 days of delivery at hello@electrofy.net with your order number and photos of the issue. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you — no return shipment required.

Change of Mind

Due to our international supply chain, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or items no longer wanted. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged by the customer or missing original packaging
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Digital products or downloadable software
  • Sale items and gift cards

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at hello@electrofy.net with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos if the item is defective or incorrect

We aim to respond to all requests within 1–2 business days.

EU Customers

Orders shipped to the European Union have a 14-day right to cancel for any reason, provided items are in original condition with tags and original packaging.

TikTok Shop Orders

For orders placed through TikTok Shop, the same return and refund policy applies. Please contact us at hello@electrofy.net or through TikTok Shop's messaging system to initiate a request.
