Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We ship to all 50 US states. We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping

We ship to over 30 countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

We ship via USPS, UPS, and trusted international carriers depending on your location. All shipments include tracking.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@electrofy.net.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 15 days of the expected delivery date at hello@electrofy.net with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
