RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 15 days of delivery at hello@electrofy.net with photos. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement — no return shipment required.

Change of Mind Due to our international supply chain, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or unwanted items for customers outside the European Union. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without penalty. This right supersedes our standard change-of-mind policy. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@electrofy.net within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receiving the returned item in its original condition with tags and packaging.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items and gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.
